Delete your Hey Bhagwan account

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Hey Bhagwan and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and all data, then Delete everything.

Without the app

Send an email to support@heybhagwan.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my Hey Bhagwan account. We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• All your conversations, and the memories the deities kept about you.
• Your profile, practice history, streaks, karma, gold balance and gold history.

Everything is removed from our database straight away, and from our backups within 30 days. Unused gold and any remaining talk time are lost and cannot be refunded.

What is kept

• Records of purchases, which Google Play and our payments provider RevenueCat keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Please cancel it in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.
